Our Story

Built for the moments in between.

Rachels On 16th lives on one of Wheeling's most walkable streets, and we designed it to feel like the place you didn't know you needed. Mornings start with freshly pulled espresso and pastries that actually taste like they were made by someone who cares. After five, the same space softens into a relaxed bar — craft cocktails, local beer on tap, and a menu that doesn't take itself too seriously.

We're not chasing trends. We're building a neighborhood staple: a place where regulars know the barista by name, where you can close a deal or read a novel and nobody minds, and where the only thing that moves faster than the Wi-Fi is the conversation.

Our coffee is sourced from roasters who treat the bean like a craft ingredient, not a commodity. Espresso is pulled fresh, pour-overs are timed, and the cold brew sits for 18 hours because that's what it takes to get it right.
